Registration for the year-end club tournaments is officially open!


THE RULES, TIMES, DATES AND COURT ALLOCATIONS HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED AS FOLLOWS:

1) The dates and categories for these events are;
a)  Ladies and men’s Singles tournament and 50 and over Singles Tournament  – Friday, August 20th to Sunday the 22nd and…
b)  Ladies and Men’s Doubles Tournament – Friday, August 27th to Sunday the 29th and.. 
c)  Mixed Doubles Tournament  – Friday, September 3rd to Sunday 5th September. 
d)  All tournaments commence on the Friday at 5pm and on the Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm.

2)  All players MUST bring an unopened can of balls with them for all events that such players are registered for. The winners will move on to the next round of play with the new can of balls while the loser retains the opened, used can of balls. 

3)  refreshments and snacks will be provided to all participants. 

4)  prizes and trophies will be provided to the main draw winners. 

5)  all participants will be guaranteed a minimum of 2 matches with the loser of first round matches being automatically entered into a consolation “B” draw provided there is a minimum of 8 participants in the draw. 

6)  to register for these events go to “members login” and select “Singles and/or Doubles Tournament” and select “Register for Tournament”. 
To register for the tournaments, login to your account and look for Singles or Doubles Tournament section.
7)  Tournament registration is limited to 32 participants per draw. 

8)  deadline is the Sunday before each tournament.
