Membership Term
Memberships are renewable annually.

What your Membership includes:

• Full use of the courts and the clubhouse
• No court fees
• Access to programs (Some programs may have an additional fee)

Membership Rates

“New Member” rate applies to returning member who were not members the previous year.

• – “Adult” is 18 years of age or older as of January 1.
• “Junior” is 17 years of age or younger as of January 1.

An Adult who sets up an account may add: one adult, unlimited juniors (each at the listed rates)
New Member rate includes the initiation fee and one key fob (only if they don´t have a key fob already assigned from a previous year)

Junior Membership

• Junior Memberships must be created and paid for by a parent or legal guadian.
• Parents who wish to play must also purchase an Adult Membership.

How to Register and Pay

• All registrations and payments must be completed online.
• Credit Card payments only.
• If you were a member in a previous year, click “Returning Members” button to login into your profile and process your membership.
• If you are a new to the club, click “New Members” to create a new account and register.

Key Fobs (Court and Club Access)

• Returning (previous years) members with a key fob will have it activated by the date the Club opens or within 48 hours after payment if payment happens after the opening day.
• New Adult members registered for the first time ever receive one key fob.
• Returning Adult members that were not members last season (New member rate) and have a
  fob assigned will not be assigned a new fob. Their old fob will be activated. If you don’t
  have your old fob, contact membership@whiteoaksparktennis.com to get a new one
  at no cost.
• We recommend each adult has their own key fob.
• Each Adult can have only one key fob assigned and active.

Replacement or Extra Key Fobs

• Cost: $20 per Fob.
• Buy online after registering by clicking “Purchase New FOB”

* Junior members are not assigned a fob automatically.

Key Fob pickup times:

• March 28th or April 18th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the clubhouse.
• After openning day (May 1st onwards), key Fobs can be picked up at the clubhouse when an attendant is on duty.
• See attendant hours here.
• At pick up all members must provide proff of identification such as photo ID with home address.

Refund Policy

• Membership fees are not refundable for any reason.
• Key Fob fees are non refundable (Except defective Fobs within 3 month of purchase.)

A defective Key Fob will be exchanged, if found defective within the 3 month warranty period.

Important information for returning Members

• Do NOT create a new account If your email has changed. Contact membership@whiteoaksparktennis.com to get it updated.
• If you “forgot” your password, click Forgot Password at the login page.
