AGM

The Annual General Meeting is coming up on October 3, 2023 at 7:30 p.m.
The Whiteoaks Park Tennis Club is a community tennis club run by volunteer members. They are elected by members who attend the Annual General Meeting. Your Executive Board are also members who give their personal time to the club to ensure that it is well managed and enjoyed.

The nomination form for the 2024 Executive Board is provided here: 2023_AGM_Nomination_Form-v2. If you are interested in helping with the management of the club, please complete the form, obtain a nominee and seconder and submit the form by email to info@whiteoaksparktennis.com and to secretary@whiteoaksparktennis.com no later than 5 p.m. September 30th 2023.
