Member Code of Conduct and Other Rules

  1. The shoe tags are an identification of membership. All members including juniors and dependent adults must wear an up-to-date shoe tag on their shoes at all times while on the courts. A member without a shoe tag is not allowed to book tennis courts. The shoe tag is not transferable under any circumstance.
  2. All players should enter the courts at the same time during change over to minimize disruptions to others.Carefully close the entry gate upon entering the tennis courts.
  3. While a game is in progress, no one other than the players are permitted inside the fenced tennis courts.
  4. Children and pets must not enter the playing area and must not be left unattended or be disruptive to tennis players.
  5. At no time should children (under 12) be left unattended in the club house.
  6. Shirts must be worn at all times. Appropriate non-marking sport shoes are mandatory.
  7. Except for lessons conducted by the club pros, ball hoppers are not allowed on the courts from 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Refrain from using ball hoppers on court when others are playing on an adjacent court.
  8. Crossing the courts should not distract the players in any way and is only allowed at an appropriate break in play. Please walk as fast as possible  close to the fence behind.
  9. To retrieve a ball from another court, wait until the point is finished on that court before requesting returning the ball. Return balls to other courts as soon as possible during a break in play and direct the balls to the rear of the court unless otherwise suggested.
  10. Please keep conversations and cell phone ringers at low volume inside the club or on the deck. On-court conversations and emotional outbursts should be kept to a minimum. Shouting, swearing, heckling.. any disruptive and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
  11. Errors made in using the Sign up Board leading to personal advantage or unfair use of the tennis courts will be strictly observed. The club attendant, or any other club official may issue warnings if the rules are ignored.
  12. Members are welcome to bring guests, but only limited to four (4) times per season. Guests must be accompanied on court by a member. A $10.00 fee per guest will be charged during peak period. Peak period is defined as the time when the courts are busy and members are waiting. Guests must check-in with the attendant or club executives.
  13. The front gate access code must not be shared with non-members. Violation of this rules is a serious matter.
  14. Offending members may be subject to termination of membership.
